What are the shipping costs?

Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping in the USA, UK and Canada, Europe. For orders under $99 we charge a $15 (flat rate) shipping and handling fee. Tracking information will be provided via email after fulfilment. Tracking logistics information is available via the website menu order enquiry.

How long does it take for a buyer to receive their order?

Processing time: 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday)

Shipping time: 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday)

Can orders be shipped to more than one address?


We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have your items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

If your item does not arrive, for example if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.

Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realise that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
